Staying at Mirante do Forte over Christmas was a good escape! Just a short stroll to the gorgeous Praia do Porto, this cozy gem offers a perfect mix of comfort and local charm, especially with its inviting continental breakfast each morning. Our room, complete with a lovely balcony and air conditioning, became our little oasis where we would unwind after exploring nearby highlights like the enchanting Garcia D'Avila Castle. The warm hospitality and serene setting made it an ideal retreat for my travel companions and me, blending a touch of cultural richness with the Mediterranean vibe I adore.
